Stress Management

Our 'Stress Management' training course, can be delivered in a classroom setting or via webinar. It is possible for webinar recordings to be uploaded to an eLearning platform, along with supplementary resources, quizzes and case studies for future access.

Aims of the course

Stress is a double-edged sword - perceived correctly it can be a driver to success; when left unmanaged stress can quickly affect health, performance and the ability to cope.

This one-day course will help participants analyse stress and pull it apart and put it back together again in a constructive and positive manner.

Participants will learn to:

  • Understand stress and the impact of stress on daily life
  • See what triggers stress and identify common reactions
  • Use different physical and mental techniques to cope with stress
  • Create new personal models to manage stress

  • What is stress?
  • How can it become manifest?
  • Spotting stress triggers (situations, behaviours, environments) and breaking the cycle of stress
  • Managing stress positively – replacing negative thinking and behaviours with positivity
  • Addressing low self-esteem and creating a stress-free lifestyle
  • Mental and physical relaxation techniques – including cognitive behavioural therapies, breathing, muscular relaxation
  • Identifying stress in others and responding supportively
  • Personal action plan

What's included?

The majority of our courses are customised and delivered in-house.

Our standard fee for customised course delivery over the duration of a day is £1,400 excluding VAT. This fee includes:

-Pre-training diagnostic meetings with clients to determine training needs and priorities

-Training delivery to circa 20 people
-Trainer travel expenses and travel time

For groups of 20 people, this fee is equivalent to an individual investment of £70 per head.
