Problem Solving and Creative Thinking

Our 'Problem Solving and Creative Thinking' training course, can be delivered in a classroom setting or via webinar. It is possible for webinar recordings to be uploaded to an eLearning platform, along with supplementary resources, quizzes and case studies for future access.

Aims of the course

This course helps participants untap their ability for problem-solving and creative thinking in a work-based context.

A one-day, fun and interactive course, it will introduce participants to strategies and techniques, enabling them to approach work-based problems and challenges creatively and ensuring that challenging problems can be effectively managed.

Anyone who is tasked with managing problems within the workplace.

The course will be of particular benefit to project managers and other organisational management roles.

Our standard fee for customised course delivery over the duration of a day is £1,400 excluding VAT. This fee includes:

For groups of 20 people, this fee is equivalent to an individual investment of £70 per head.
