Sales for Non Sales People

Our 'Sales for Non Sales People' training course, can be delivered in a classroom setting or via webinar. It is possible for webinar recordings to be uploaded to an eLearning platform, along with supplementary resources, quizzes and case studies for future access.

Aims of the course

This course is an ideal introduction to the world of sales for non-sales people. It gives a thorough and practical overview of the role of sales within an organisation whilst helping participants gain practical techniques and strategies which add value to their organisation's skill portfolio.

  • Sales skills-building rapport with your clients, gaining their trust and respect, effective relationship management, questioning techniques, active listening, selling the features and benefits of your products or services
  • Elevator pitch for use during networking events or related activities
  • Action planning

The majority of our courses are customised and delivered in-house.

Our standard fee for customised course delivery over the duration of a day is £1,400 excluding VAT. This fee includes:

For groups of 20 people, this fee is equivalent to an individual investment of £70 per head.
